Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from a selected Shiploads store.

Click & Collect is available at all Shiploads stores, however stock is subject to availability.

If you don’t receive an email notification of your order within 10min please check your junk/spam folder.

After placing an order, you will receive an email with the initial notification that the order is received. The following day you will receive an email letting you know that the order is picked and ready to be collected.

You will receive an order confirmation email advising that your order is ready for collection.

When collecting your order instore you will need a copy of your order confirmation email and valid photo identification. Showing the crew the email you received on your device is acceptable.

Valid photo identification includes Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of Age Card and Blind Citizens Card.

You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.

If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation email and valid photo identification.

If you have any products that you must be over 18 to purchase they must be collected by a person over 18.

Click & Collect is a free service offered by Shiploads.

What you would pay in store is what you pay online.

Orders will be held for 14 days after being confirmed as ready for collection.

If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled, and a refund processed.

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us via email on [email protected] with your order number in the subject. We will need to check the current status and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request.

If you need to return all or part of your order, you can do so at any Shiploads store. Visit the Returns page for further information.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take telephone or fax orders. Customers are encouraged to use our website to place orders and to utilise our payment gateway security features.

Our payment gateway will attempt to charge your nominated credit card at the confirmation point of your order.

Click today, collect tomorrow. Shiploads will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Just click on the forgotten password link on the Log in/Sign-In page. Just enter the email address of your account and we will email you your account password details.

Yes. To make changes to your account details, log-in to ‘My Account’ using your current email address and password. Once logged in you can change your email address, password and billing details. Simply update the appropriate fields and click on ‘Save’ to save the changes.

We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and service and there may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us. Items purchased online can be returned for a refund, details of how to complete your return can be found on our Returns page.
